Studio Flat Refurbishment
At the height of economic recession, LDV Architecture was given the prestigious opportunity of collaborating in the refurbishment of a studio flat in Hammersmith, in West London.
Complete Make-Over
The flat has an exceptional location: it is within a 1930’s liberty style seven storey mansion block, with its own security service and open light steel elevators.
The flat itself needed a complete make-over: we started by producing plans to highlight necessary demolitions and re-builds, and then produced an electrical services plan.
LDV finally provided furniture design, with the guiding principle being to make this limited space as welcoming and comfortable as possible, adding at the same time great amount of storage.
